Interconnection System Impact Study Procedures. 7.4.1 Transmission Provider shall coordinate the Interconnection System Impact Study with any Affected System that is affected by the Interconnection Request pursuant to Section 3.6 above. Transmission Provider shall utilize existing studies to the extent practicable when it performs the study. In the event that Transmission Provider determines that a single upgrade may benefit more than one Interconnection Request, Transmission Provider may propose or require that the Interconnection Requests be studied on a combined basis.
