Interconnection Study. 4.1.1 Exhibit A to this Agreement shall separately identify the Interconnection Facilities associated with the existing delivery point and the Interconnection Facilities associated with the new delivery point. The Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with the new delivery point shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the Interconnection Study performed by National Grid pursuant to this Agreement and in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The provisions of this Agreement addressing the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Interconnection Facilities and Upgrades shall apply to the Interconnection Facilities and the Upgrades associated with the new delivery point.
