Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If MFS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, MFS shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.
