Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 3.10.1 If CLEC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Service within SBC-AMERITECH’s service areas in any additional LATA, CLEC shall provide written notice to SBC-AMERITECH of its need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.5.1 If TCG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, TCG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.
