Interconnection in Additional LATAs Sample Clauses

The "Interconnection in Additional LATAs" clause defines the terms under which parties may establish network interconnections in Local Access and Transport Areas (LATAs) beyond those initially specified in their agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting and implementing interconnection in new LATAs, including any necessary notifications, technical requirements, and cost responsibilities. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for expanding network connectivity as business needs evolve, ensuring both parties understand how to proceed when interconnection in new geographic areas becomes necessary.
