Interchangeability. All items furnished pursuant to this Order under the part number specified shall be fully interchangeable with, and equal in function and quality to, items heretofore furnished under the same part number.
Interchangeability. Due to the complexity and interchangeability of the components, the use of new or like new parts may be used at the discretion of the Manufacturer. All such parts shall be refurbished and will meet Manufacturer's specifications and high quality standards in force on the date of shipment.
Interchangeability. If any change to Products or Parts affects the interchangeability of the latest version and previous version Part, LSI shall provide a different Part number for the latest version Parts. LSI shall indicate whether each previous version is interchangeable with the latest version and whether the latest version is interchangeable with each previous version. LSI shall identify by tracer or serial number and NCR part number those Products requiring the newer version Part. LSI shall continue to make available, for the time period specified in Section 4.3 of this Tenth Amendment, Parts which are identical to or two-way interchangeable with the previous version.
Interchangeability. Where the new or changed Product is intended to be physically interchangeable with an existing Product, such new or changed Product must not adversely affect physical or functional interchangeability with existing Products or performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Buyer.
Interchangeability. At the discretion of management, Artists may be assigned to perform services normally rendered by Producer-Directors and Producer-Directors may be assigned to perform services normally rendered by Artists subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement for the respective category. However, in no event shall any Artist or Producer-Director perform the services of both Artist and Producer-Director simultaneously in the same broadcast.
Interchangeability. Where desirable, employees are to be trained to a standard to maximise their flexibility in covering the various roles in the workshop. It is agreed that: • Employees will be flexible in their approach to learning and applying new skills in line with the needs of the workshop. • Employees will assist each other in their development through sharing knowledge and skills.
Interchangeability. Supplier agrees to maintain its Products competitive in the marketplace and to use the most appropriate techniques and technologies available in the industry. Supplier shall ensure that any improvement or upgrade of the Products is fully interchangeable (same fit, form and function) with former versions of the Products, unless otherwise previously and specifically agreed in writing by ***. Even if an improvement or upgrade of the Product does not affect the form, fit, function and/or part number of the Product, Supplier shall submit information on such improvement or up grade to ***’s approval, within *** (***) *** before such modification, detailing the technical differences with the current Products. Supplier shall make all efforts to provide information necessary to *** analyses and approvals (including, but not limited to, qualification tests reports and audits).
Interchangeability. All units and components procured under this Contract, whether provided by suppliers or manufactured by the Contractor shall be duplicates in design, manufacture, and installation to assure interchangeability among items in this procurement. This interchangeability shall extend to the individual components as well as to their locations in the unit.
Interchangeability. All equipment of the same and/or like models shall be supplied so that direct interchangeability between radios, antennas, audio circuits, power cables, and accessories can be accomplished without electrical, physical, firmware, or software modification. Accessory Connections. External accessory electrical connectors shall be provided, as an integral part of the radio and accessory. Connectors shall be provided for, at a minimum, the antenna, audio circuits, power, remote desktop speaker and microphone, and software programmer. Subject to the approval of the Purchaser some connectors may be ganged to share an interface.
Interchangeability. All Supplies, which were not subject to validation testing or approval by an Xxxxx customer, shall be interchangeable with like supplies purchased from Supplier previously by Xxxxx. Supplier may not make any change to any Supplies designs, processes, or procedures without Xxxxx’x prior written approval.
