INTER-SECTOR DAYS AT SEA (DAS) LEASING. Members who wish to lease Days-at-Sea 35 (DAS) outside of the Sector are authorized under this provision to do so, only with 36 Members of other Sectors whom are similarly exempt. Members acknowledge that such 37 DAS leasing would not be exempted from existing length and horsepower constraints as 38 currently contained in applicable regulations.
