Common use of Intel Clause in Contracts

Intel will, and will cause its Affiliates to, maintain during the Term and for a period of not less than **** following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, in accordance with GAAP and in sufficient detail to enable an audit trail to be established, true and complete books and records of account relating to ****, **** Wafers (if any), the **** Monthly Reports and the **** (collectively with the other related books and records of Intel maintained in the ordinary course of business, the “Intel Records”).
