Common use of Integrity Pact Clause in Contracts

Integrity Pact. 9.1 If the Consultant or any of his Sub consultants, agents or servants is found to have violated or involved in violation of the Integrity Pact signed by the Consultant as Appendix-G to this Form of Contract, then the Client shall be entitled to: Recover from the Consultant an amount equivalent to ten times the sum of any commission, gratification, bribe, finder’s fee or kickback given by the Consultant or any of his Sub consultant, agents or servants; Terminate the Contract; and Recover from the Consultant any loss or damage to the Client as a result of such termination or of any other corrupt business practices of the Consultant or any of his Sub consultant, agents or servants.
