Common use of Integrity of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integrity of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge this Agreement constitutes the entire representations and agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and/or written representations, warranties, understandings and agreements reached by the Parties made before the execution of the Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Integrity of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that once this Agreement constitutes becomes effective, it shall constitute the entire representations agreement and agreement understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and/or written representations, warranties, agreements and understandings and agreements reached by the Parties made before the execution of the Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Integrity of this Agreement. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement Agreement, upon effectuation, constitutes the an entire representations agreement and agreement between consensus among the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior oral and/or written representations, warranties, understandings understanding and agreements reached by consensus of the Parties made before prior to the execution conclusion of this Agreement in terms of the Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereofcontents thereof.

And this Agreement supersedes all prior oral and/or written representations, warranties, understandings agreements and agreements understanding reached by the Parties made before the execution of the Agreement parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
