Integral Parts. The above Definitions and Interpretations and the Preamble shall at all times be treated and read as integral parts of this Contract.
Integral Parts. As far as Purchased Assets are legally qualified as integral parts (wesentliche Bestandteile) of the Facilities or the Leases, the Seller herewith transfers his other proprietary rights to such Purchased Assets, i.e. the beneficial ownership (wirtschaftliches Eigentum) with regard to such Purchased Assets to the Purchaser 2 and assigns any and all of his rights, claims and interests with respect to these proprietary rights to such Purchaser 2.
Integral Parts. The applicable Annex Characteristic Sheet and the Annex Price Sheet shall form integral parts of this storage contract. This storage contract shall be complemented by the Storage GT&C, the Annex Operating Manual as well as the Price-Characteristics-List Special Storage Facility Conditions of the […] storage and Special Product Conditions [“…storage”] in the respective versions of 01 April 2012 also being integral part of this storage contract. The cur- rent versions of these documents can be downloaded at xxx.xxx-xxxxxxxxxxx.xx. If any deviation and/or discrepancy occurs between the provisions of Articles 1 to 5 of this storage contract and the above mentioned integral parts of this contract, the provisions of Articles 1 to 5 of this storage contract shall prevail.
