Common use of Insurance opinion Clause in Contracts

Insurance opinion. The Borrower shall provide the Agent on request, at the Borrower’s cost, with an opinion from insurance consultants on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of each Ship, confirming that each Ship is insured on terms approved by the Agent or, if such insurance opinion has been obtained by the Agent, shall reimburse the Agent for the cost of such opinion.

Insurance opinion. The Each Borrower shall provide the Agent (i) in case of any alteration to the terms of any obligatory insurances in respect of its Ship or any change in the brokers and/or insurance companies and/or underwriters through which such insurances are effected and (ii) otherwise on request, at the Borrower’s Borrowers’ cost, with an opinion from insurance consultants on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of each such Ship, confirming that each such Ship is insured on terms approved by the Agent or, if such insurance opinion has been obtained by the Agent, shall reimburse the Agent for the cost of such opinion.
