Insurance opinion an opinion from Bankserve, or such other insurance consultants as the Agent may instruct, on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Vessel upon and following the Delivery Date in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders;
Insurance opinion an opinion from insurance consultants to the Agent in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and made at the cost and expense of the Borrowers, on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Ship to which the Relevant Advance relates, upon and following the Delivery Date of such Ship;
Insurance opinion an opinion from insurance consultants to the Bank, on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of each Ship;
Insurance opinion an opinion from insurance consultants to the Agent at the cost of the Borrower on the Insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Ship upon and following the Drawdown Date;
Insurance opinion. The Borrower shall provide the Agent on request, at the Borrower’s cost, with an opinion from insurance consultants on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of each Ship, confirming that each Ship is insured on terms approved by the Agent or, if such insurance opinion has been obtained by the Agent, shall reimburse the Agent for the cost of such opinion.
Insurance opinion an opinion (at the cost of the Borrower) from insurance consultants to the Bank on the insurances effected or to be effected in respect of the Relevant Ship upon and following the drawdown of the Relevant Advance;
Insurance opinion. At least once annually during the Term, Owner shall deliver to Charterer an opinion of an internationally recognized independent marine insurance broker to the effect that the insurances carried by Owner with respect to the Vessel and its operations conform with the requirements of this Schedule IV and that the Compulsory Insurances conform with insurances which prudent owners and operators engaged in the LNG trade should carry for vessels of the type, size, class and age of the Vessel, which take into consideration operation of the Vessel as an LNGRV, and are placed with underwriters who meet the brokers’ minimum financial standards.
Insurance opinion an opinion from insurance consultants approved by the Bank, on the insurances effected in respect of the Vessel.
Insurance opinion. Agent shall have received an opinion from Xxx Xxxxxxx Insurance that the certificates of insurance, together with the endorsements thereto, (i) comply with Section 5.4, (ii) are in such amounts and cover such perils as is customarily provided for property or assets of a similar nature owned by Persons engaged in the same or similar business as the Borrowers, (iii) are placed with insurers of recognized reputation and responsibility, and (iv) are otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Agent.
Insurance opinion. The Insurance Opinion shall have been re- ----------------- issued to Company and Parent and re-dated at and as of the Closing without any adverse qualifications or modifications.
