Common use of Insurance Maintained by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Insurance Maintained by Landlord. Landlord shall obtain and keep in force during the Term Commercial General Liability insurance, Commercial Property insurance and Boiler & Machinery insurance covering the Building, Property and permanent Tenant improvements provided by Landlord, with coverages and in amounts deemed prudent by Landlord from time to time. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent Tenant’s Share of the cost of the premiums for all such insurance and the reasonable cost of Landlord’s insurance consultants. Notwithstanding any contribution by Tenant to the cost of insurance premiums as provided herein, Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has no right to receive any proceeds from any insurance policies carried by Landlord.
