Common use of Insurance Legislation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Legislation. (s) in considering the application of the Insurance Acts, 1909 to 2009, regulations made thereunder and regulations relating to insurance under the European Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, that each of AerCap Ireland Limited and AerCap Ireland Capital Limited is a subsidiary of AerCap (and that each Obligor (as defined in the Document) will at the effective date of the Document be a subsidiary of AerCap); and
