Common use of Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds. Not later than the second Business Day following the date of receipt by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds, the Company shall send a notice of redemption in accordance with Section 5.3 below to redeem the Notes in an aggregate amount equal to such Net Insurance/Condemnation Proceeds.
