Common use of Insurance Committees Clause in Contracts

Insurance Committees. An Insurance Committee shall be formed to monitor the usage and rates of the current plans, develop and disseminate consumer information regarding the insurance plans to bargaining unit members and to address problems or concerns regarding the plans. This committee shall consist of three (3) teachers appointed by the Association President and three (3) administrators appointed by the Superintendent. Meetings of this committee may be called by either the Superintendent or the President of the Association up to six (6) per year. Findings of this committee will be reported in writing to the Superintendent and the Association President.
