Common use of Insurance Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Cancellation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.1 above, no use shall be made or permitted to be made of any Leased Property nor acts done which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering any Leased Property or any other property of which any Premises may be a part.
