Services Contractor Agrees to Perform Contractor agrees to perform the Services provided for in Appendix A, “Scope of Services." Officers and employees of the City are not authorized to request, and the City is not required to reimburse the Contractor for, Services beyond the Scope of Services listed in Appendix A, unless Appendix A is modified as provided in Section 11.5, "Modification of this Agreement."

Vendor Contract Manager Vendor shall identify a specific Contract Manager whose duties shall include but not be limited to: i) supporting the marketing and management of the Contract, ii) facilitating dispute resolution between Vendor and a Customer, and iii) advising DIR of Vendor’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Contract. DIR reserves the right to require a change in Vendor’s then-current Contract Manager if the assigned Contract Manager is not, in the reasonable opinion of DIR, adequately serving the needs of the State. Contractor Cooperation CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with County, State and/or federal representatives in the monitoring, assessment and evaluation processes, including making any program and any administrative staff (fiscal, etc.) available at the request of such representatives.
