Installation Intervals. The installation intervals to provide the services hereunder, from the time of receipt of a service order until installation is completed, shall be as set forth below. If the CONTRACTOR consistently fails to meet the intervals set forth in this Section, the State may take appropriate action up to and including cancellation of this Agreement.
