Inspection System & Inspection. The Seller shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Buyer and the Government covering supplies under this Purchase Order. Seller shall tender to the Buyer for acceptance only supplies that have been inspected in accordance with the inspection system and have been found by the Seller to be in conformity with Purchase Order requirements.
