Common use of Inspection of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Inspection of the Premises. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its -------------------------- Agents to enter the Premises at any reasonable time upon reasonable notice for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing Landlord's maintenance and repair responsibilities, posting a notice of non-responsibility for alterations, additions or repairs and at any time within ninety (90) days prior to expiration of this Lease, to place upon the Premises, ordinary "For Lease" or "For Sale" signs.
