Common use of Inspection of the Premises Clause in Contracts

Inspection of the Premises. 11.1. The Tenant and the Landlord or the Agent (as the case may be) will inspect the Premises together before the Tenant takes occupation of the Premises to determine whether there is any existing damage to the Premises or whether there are any defects at the Premises. Any damage and/or defect will be recorded in writing, signed by the Landlord or the Agent (as the case may be) and the Tenant and attached as a schedule to this Lease.
