Inspection of Each Merging Corporation. Permit the other party hereto, and their officers and authorized representatives, during normal business hours, to inspect its records and to consult with its officers, employees, attorneys, and agents for the purpose of determining the accuracy of the representations and warranties hereinabove made and the compliance with covenants contained in this Agreement.
