Inspection/Documentation. All vehicles shall have a pre- and post-use inspection checklist (OF-296). • A copy of the pre-use inspection checklist will be given to the Contractor at the time of inspection. • A copy of the post-use inspection checklist will be given to the Contractor at the time of release. • Original pre- and post-use inspection checklist should be submitted to the incident Finance Section. • A new inspection checklist shall be completed for re-assignments. At time of inspection each vehicle will contain: • a copy of the Agreement • current vehicle registration • proof of insurance • an inventory of vehicle complement
