SCRAP MATERIAL. All scrap materials shall become the property of EXION.

SCRAP MATERIAL. SGI will assume all costs associated with (with the exception of RSP handling fees) and responsibility for scrapping excess SGI Component Inventory, excess Materials and SGI Defective Product. SGI will be solely responsible for the proper disposal of any scrap material generated during the performance of this Agreement and shall dispose of all such scrap according to applicable governmental regulations. SGI will provide RSP with the scrap vendor contact information and specific instructions on the process for handling this material. These instructions will be mutually agreed to by both SGI and the RSP.

SCRAP MATERIAL. Unless otherwise specified in the PWS, all scrap material removed by the Contractor shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be reflected the scrap value of the bid price submitted by the Contractor. The cost of removing, handling, transporting, and disposing of all scrap material shall be included in the price of the associated task.

SCRAP MATERIAL. All scrap materials shall become the property of SWTS.
