Inspection Authority. The Employer will appoint an approved Inspection Authority for the Works The Contractor adheres to the agreed programmes submitted by the Site Service Manager. The Contractor adheres to the Employer’s maintenance planning system. The Contractor supplies information to the Site Service Manager which allows the Site Service Manager to update the planning system. This information is submitted within the time periods and as agreed with the Site Service Manager. The software system must be compatible with the Eskom maintenance system used at each site. All defects and potential failures will be recorded. Defects are listed and corrective actions planned according to priority. Where a Permit To Work is required the work will be planned in conjunction with the relevant Production Manager.
