Common use of Inspection and Punchlist Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Punchlist. Tenant’s Representative and the Designers shall have the right to enter the Premises only with Landlord’s prior written consent. Landlord shall notify Tenant’s Representative when the Improvements are Substantially Completed.
