Inspection and Marking Sample Clauses
The Inspection and Marking clause establishes the requirements for examining goods or services to ensure they meet specified standards and for marking them appropriately. Typically, this clause allows the buyer or an authorized party to inspect delivered items upon receipt or during production, and mandates that compliant items be marked with certain labels, stamps, or identifiers to confirm acceptance. Its core function is to ensure quality control and traceability, helping to prevent the acceptance of non-conforming goods and facilitating accountability throughout the supply chain.
