Common use of Inspection and Copies Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Copies. Employees may inspect the contents of their personnel files and may request copies of the information contained therein. The employee may be accompanied by another person(s) of the employee’s choosing to review the personnel file(s). The District has the right to have present for such inspection an administrator(s) or designee(s).
