Inspection and Approval. 2.01 Prior to the construction of a camp to be occupied by Building Tradespersons, the client and/or designated agent will first submit plans, and proposed site location, in duplicate, to the Council for approval and such approval or rejection shall be given within fifteen days of application, and shall be binding provided that the approved standards are met. One copy of the approved plans, duly initialled by both parties shall be retained by the Secretary of the Council.
