APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER three (3) copies of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval at its address as set forth in Article XIX hereof. The BUYER shall, within twenty one (21) days after receipt thereof return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.

The BUYER shall, within twenty two (22) days including mailing time after receipt thereof, return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER and the schedule of the drawings and plans submission by the BUILDER to the BUYER shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. 3.1 The contractor shall get all the related drawings approved by Project Management Consultant (PMC), SICOM before starting the work.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. Drawings or other information requiring the Customer’s approval shall be approved, amended or rejected and returned to Flender within 7 days of the date of receipt (or within such other time period as may be agreed in writing by Flender), otherwise clause 17(e) shall apply.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER one (1) digital copy of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval through the BUILDER’s electronic drawing approval system, the HYDICS (Hyundai shipbuilding Document & Information). The BUILDER is not required to submit hard copy plans and drawings under this paragraph, provided that HYDICS enables the BUYER to print the hard copies. If, for any reason, this is not at any time possible, the BUILDER will furnish up to three (3) copies of each affected plan or drawing on demand. The BUYER shall, within [***] days after receipt thereof return to the BUILDER one (1) digital copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER shall be proposed by the BUILDER within three (3) months of the date of this CONTRACT, to be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto, it being understood that the timetable will be such that the BUYER shall not be required to process more than twenty (20) plans and drawings during any one (1) week. The BUILDER shall provide a complete response to any BUYER comments within [***] days of their receipt. The BUYER's REPRESENTATIVE shall, within [***] days after receipt of such BUILDER's response to the BUYER comments, return to the BUILDER One (1) copy of such plans and drawings with his approval or comments written thereon, if any. Approval by the BUYER's REPRESENTATIVE of the plans and drawings duly submitted to him shall be deemed to be the approval by the BUYER for all purposes of this CONTRACT but such approval (or any deemed approval under Paragraph 3(c) of this Article or omission to return any plans and drawings) shall not diminish the BUILDER's obligation to design and construct the VESSEL in accordance with the requirements of this CONTRACT and the SPECIFICATIONS. The BUYER may request an extension of time for returning plans and drawings, and the BUILDER will not unreasonably withhold agreement to such extension.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The Builder shall submit to the Head Office of the Buyer at its address as set out in Article XVIII for its approval three (3) copies each of the drawings listed in the Specifications in hard copy. The Buyer shall, as soon as possible but within twenty one (21) days after dispatch thereof by the Builder at the latest, return to the Builder one (1) copy of such drawings with its approval or comments written thereon. Any alteration to the specifications resulting from such comments shall be dealt with in accordance with Article IV hereof. A list of the Plans and Drawings to be so submitted to the Buyer and the order of submission thereof shall be mutually agreed upon between the Builder and the Buyer.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER three (3) copies of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval at its address as set forth in Article XVIII hereof. The BUYER shall, within seventeen (17) days after receipt thereof return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings together with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. The BUILDER shall advise the BUYER of its approval or rejection of the BUYER’S comments, if any, within seventeen (17) days of receipt thereof. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER and the order of submission thereof shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto prior to any plan or drawing being submitted to the BUYER.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. If Unarco prepares drawings with respect to the Goods, approval thereof by the Buyer, its representative, or the representative of the owner of or general contractor on the project for which such Goods are required shall constitute a final approval by Buyer of those and all other documents describing such Goods, including the Specifications, if any, and shall constitute authority for Unarco to furnish Goods in accordance with such drawings (as approved in accordance with this Paragraph 16, the “Drawings”).
