Innovation Plan Clause Samples
An Innovation Plan clause outlines the requirements and procedures for developing, implementing, and managing new ideas, technologies, or processes within a project or agreement. Typically, it specifies the parties' responsibilities for proposing innovations, the criteria for evaluating and approving new initiatives, and the steps for integrating approved innovations into ongoing work. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear framework for fostering and managing innovation, helping to encourage continuous improvement while minimizing misunderstandings about how new ideas are handled.
