Common use of Initial Terms of Employment and Duties Clause in Contracts

Initial Terms of Employment and Duties. The Company and the Executive hereby agree that for a forty-eight month (48) month period beginning on the Effective Date, the Company shall employ the Executive as President and the Executive shall perform services for the Company at the Company’s headquarters location. The last day of such forty-eight (48) month period shall be the "Termination Date" for purposes of this Agreement.

Initial Terms of Employment and Duties. The Company and the Executive hereby agree that for a fortyfifty-eight month two (4852) month period beginning on the Effective Date, the Company shall employ the Executive as President Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and the Executive shall perform services for the Company at the Company’s headquarters location. The last day of such fortyfifty-eight two (4852) month period shall be the "Termination Date" for purposes of this Agreement.

Initial Terms of Employment and Duties. The Company and the Executive hereby agree that for a forty-eight month twelve (4812) month period beginning on the Effective Date, the Company shall employ the Executive as its Executive Vice President and the Executive shall perform services for the Company at the Company’s headquarters locationlocation or home office. The last day of such forty-eight twelve (4812) month period shall be the "Termination Date" for purposes of this Agreement.
