Initial Term; Renewal Term. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will continue for one (1) year, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party notifies the other of its intention not to renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term. “Term” means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term.
