Common use of Initial Setup Fees Clause in Contracts

Initial Setup Fees. In connection with each and every piece of Mining Services Equipment, Customer shall pay Blockware an Initial Setup Fee (as specified in an Order). Blockware shall determine the Initial Setup Fee based on, among other things, the Mining Services to be performed, the cost to prepare the Facility and to install the Mining Services Equipment at the Facility. The Initial Setup Fee is due within five (5) business days of the date of the applicable invoice issued by Blockware.
