BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 10.01 All negotiations with a view to the completion of a collective agreement or to effecting changes or modifications in this Agreement shall be conducted between the authorized bargaining Representatives of the Union on the one hand and the designated bargaining Representatives of the Company on the other.

BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 30.01 Three (3) Bargaining Agents authorized by the Union shall be granted time for bargaining purposes, such time will be without any deduction of the time worked for the Company and without wage loss.

The spokesperson for each team will speak for his/her team; however, by mutual agreement at the table, any team member may speak to any item. BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 1.031 This Contract is negotiated pursuant to ORC Chapter 4117, concerning the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit defined herein. The parties agree that ORC Chapter 4117 shall govern the procedures of bargaining between the Board and PACE.

In addition to bargaining sessions conducted for renewal of the Collective Agreement, the process of consultation developed and utilized by the parties since is an accepted forum for addressing the on-going concerns of the parties. BARGAINING PROCEDURE. 5.01 Pursuant to Sections 4117.14(C) and 4117.14(E) of the Ohio Revised Code, the parties have established the following bargaining and dispute resolution procedures which supersede the procedures in Section 4117.14(C) (2)-(6) and any other procedures to the contrary.
