Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January August 1, 20072013, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Buyer and Seller dated June 12October 3, 1997, shall terminate. ° 6, TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January August 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December July 31, 20072014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January 1March I, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2007February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the ofthe original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

MUFC Central Energy Plant, LLC and Seller dated June 12, 1997July 21,2005, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January September 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December August 31, 20072014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January February 1, 20072006, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Pirelli Power Cables and Systems USA, LLC and Seller dated June 12November 15, 19972004, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January February 1, 20072006, and shall continue in full force and effect through December January 31, 2007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one one-month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on January July 1, 20072013, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Buyer and Seller dated June 12August 28, 19971996, shall terminatetenninate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January 1, 2007July 1,2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31June 30, 20072014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate telminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on January March 1, 20072013, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. or as soon thereafter as Xxxxx and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminatehave their respective facilities installed. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January March 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2007February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM 0IO OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January July 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31June 30, 20072017, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on January 1October l, 20071996, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Buyer and Seller dated June 12October 14, 19971994, shall terminate. ° , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January October 1, 20071996, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31September 30, 20071997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on January April 1, 20072012, at which time the SCEG06-010 Agreement For Transportation Service Agreement With Firm Gas Standby between Safety-Kleen Corp. Buyer and Seller dated June 12January 11, 19971996, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January April 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through December March 31, 20072013 , and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on January 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminateFebruary 1,2013. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January February 1, 20072013, and shall continue in full force and effect through December January 31, 20072014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2007September 1,2012, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Buyer and Seller dated June 12November 17, 19972004, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January September 1, 20072012, and shall continue in full force and effect through December August 31, 20072013, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate te=inate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term te= or any one anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January September 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller dated June 12July 11, 19972006, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January September 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through December August 31, 20072008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January February 1, 20072008, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. Providence Hospital and Seller dated June 12February 10, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on January February 1, 20072008, and shall continue in full force and effect through December January 31, 20072009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.
