BILLING VOLUMES. For the purpose of billing, the parties agree that the first gas delivered through the Point of Delivery shall be the volumes transported for Buyer on a daily basis pursuant to the Transportation Agreement between the parties. All volumes in excess of the transported volumes will be considered as having been delivered pursuant to this Service Agreement.

Xxxxx agrees to assist in these reviews by providing financial information and at the request of the Seller, will maintain such credit support or surety including, but not limited to, an unconditional and irrevocable letter of credit to provide adequate security for protection against the risk of nonpayment.
