Common use of Initial Review Clause in Contracts

Initial Review. Within 15 Business Days after the Utility notifies the Interconnection Customer it has received a complete Interconnection Request, the Utility shall perform an initial review using the screens set forth below, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of the results, and include with the notification copies of the analysis and data underlying the Utility’s determinations under the screens.
