Initial Conditions Precedent. The obligations of the Lenders to make the Loans comprising the initial Borrowing are subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth on Schedule 3.01 and receipt by the Administrative Agent, on or prior to the Closing Date, of each item listed on Schedule 3.01, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, and with sufficient copies for, the Administrative Agent and each Lender.
