Initial Bonus. Executive shall be entitled to an initial bonus in the amount of One Hundred and Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000.00) (“Initial Bonus”). The Initial Bonus shall be paid within five (5) calendar days of Closing and shall be less such amounts are required to be withheld by law. Executive acknowledges that the Initial Bonus is in full satisfaction of any obligation of the Employer to award a Long-Term Incentive (as defined in the Prior Employment Agreement) under the Prior Employment Agreement.
