Initial Bonus. The Company shall pay to Executive an initial sign-on bonus of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) upon the execution of this Agreement.

Initial Bonus. In the event the Employee terminates this Agreement without Cause (as defined in Section 4.a. above) or if the Company terminates this Agreement for Cause (as defined in Section 4.b. above), Employee shall be obligated to return to the Company the unearned portion of the Initial Bonus, equal to $4,167 for each full month then remaining until the end of the Term. The Employee shall be obligated to repay the Company in full for the unearned initial bonus paid hereunder, and hereby authorizes the Company to deduct the full amount of the initial bonus advanced by the Company from the Employee's final paycheck. In addition, the Employee agrees to sign immediately prior to the payment of the Employee's final payroll check from the Company the Unearned Initial Bonus Deduction Authorization (attached hereto as Exhibit A). Any and all remaining portions of the Initial Bonus that may be due the Company by the Employee shall be paid to the Company within thirty (30) days of the Employee's last day of employment with the Company. Employee shall have no obligation to return any portion of the Initial Bonus in the event the Company terminates this Agreement without Cause (as defined in Section 4.a. above) at any time during the Term.
Initial Bonus. Upon execution of this Agreement, Corporation agrees to pay Executive a first year bonus ( the "Initial Bonus") for services to be performed in Corporation's fiscal year ending July 31, 2000, in an amount equal to $10,312.50, payable in two installments (without interest) on the first day of May 2000 and August 2000. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 5, a prorated portion of the Initial Bonus will be payable even if Executive dies, becomes disabled, or is terminated without Cause or for Good Reason within such fiscal year. Executive will be eligible to receive an additional bonus amount (the "Additional Initial Bonus") of up to $10,312.50 for services to be performed in Corporation's fiscal year ending July 31, 2000. The amount of the Additional Initial Bonus will be determined by Corporation's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in his sole discretion based on his evaluation of Executive's performance. The Additional Initial Bonus will be payable no later than August 31, 2000.
Initial Bonus. Upon execution of this Agreement, Immecor shall pay to Lai the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) as a signing bonus which shall be paid in addition to all other compensation described in this Agreement.
