ING that. (i) following a Qualifying ING Termination, a Transfer will only be effective if the relevant transferee is either a Consenting Creditor or has first agreed to be bound by Clause 6.3(b)(vi) and (vii) of this Agreement (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not be limited in effect by, and shall continue to apply, following the termination of this Agreement) as a Consenting Creditor; and
