INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY PARTICIPANTS. Participants must furnish to the Committee such evidence, data or information as the Committee considers necessary to carry out the Plan. The benefits of the Plan for each person are on the condition that they furnish prompt, true and complete evidence, data and information requested by the Committee.

INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY PARTICIPANTS. Participants, or any other persons entitled to benefits under the Performance Share Plan, must furnish to the Committee such documents, evidence, data or other information as the Committee considers necessary or desirable for the purpose of administering the Performance Share Plan. The benefits under the Performance Share Plan for each Participant, and each other person who is entitled to benefits hereunder, are to be provided on the condition that he or she furnish full, true and complete data, evidence or other information, and that he or she will promptly sign any document reasonably related to the administration of the Performance Share Plan requested by the Committee.
