All information and advice furnished to or obtained by any party under or in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential and will not be used or disclosed to third parties except as required by law. This provision must not be construed to limit the Advisor’s or the Fund’s ability to comply with the disclosure obligations of an investment company to its securities holders under the federal securities laws.
