Prorated Fee Sample Clauses

Prorated Fee. If this Sub-Advisory Agreement shall terminate at any time other than at the end of a calendar quarter, the Sub-Advisor shall be entitled to receive the fee set forth in Section 7 hereof for the portion of the quarter elapsed prior to the date of termination, prorated on a daily basis.
