Overtime rates will be paid at time and a half of hourly rate. Overtime is hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Overtime rates will only be paid with prior approval by the County. County work week may be ten (10) hours per day for four (4) days per week. If the Contractor is notified at time of placement that 4-10's are the normal hours, then overtime will not be paid for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day. Hours of service will vary with each agency/department. Payment – Invoicing Instructions: The Contractor will provide an invoice on the Contractor’s letterhead for services rendered. Invoices must be submitted to address indicated in the Subordinate Contract created by the individual agency/department.
