Database Support. Develop simulation models to support waste management reengineering and aqueous recovery processes using EXTEND and SDI industry software. The model shall be designed to query unclassified inventory data. Required model output shall include process consequences in terms of actinides recovered, waste generated, cost, and personnel exposure (dose) for iterative postulated act-concentration-based discard limits. Software quality assurance procedures shall meet DOE G 200.1-1, Software Engineering Methodology. Support the development, population, and update of databases in efforts to streamline the TWCP characterization and certification activities. Support the development, population, and update of databases in an effort to improve or expand the management of TSDF or liquid waste processing activities. • Material Removal Support the material removal project at the CMR building. Identify, categorize, and document all items to be removed. Create an inventory list by the use of barcode and electronic databases. On a priority bases begin removing the identified items. Although this task is specifically designed for the CMR building, other similar facilities may require legacy material removal during the course of this Scope of Work. • Transuranic Waste Program Support Support the Site Project Manager with updates and revisions to the TWCP Sampling Plan. Assist the Site Project Manager with TRU waste stream designations, querying existing databases, assigning matrix parameter categories to waste containers, and reviewing characterization data against Sampling Plan information. One draft, one comment cycle, and one final of the Sampling Plan will be provided. Support the development of interface documentation (TWID) for LANL TRU-Waste generators. This task will require an active “Q” clearance and will involve direct communication and ma ‘oft of LANL TRU waste generators. Database Support. For a period of two (2) months after the Effective Date, DOV shall provide XTL access to DOV’s Vice President of Clinical Research and Development, or an employee with similar knowledge, to provide support and training to XTL as may be reasonably necessary to complete the close-out of the 021 and 022 clinical studies, in any case not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of such person’s time. XTL shall reimburse DOV at cost for the time provided by the Vice President of Clinical Research and Development or other employee pursuant to this Section 4.3.
Database Support. The contractor shall provide database management support services and generate/maintain inventory control software tools and other software tools as deemed necessary to perform an effective and efficient operation. Examples include, but are not limited to: Common Trouble Reporting Application, Technical Library, Parts Inventory, Test Bench Wire List Database, the Avionics Database and the maintenance of specialized configuration management tools such as the Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA), and the DOD sponsored Configuration Management Information System (CMIS). The contractor shall also assist in maintaining both the "paper library" and the electronic library, and assist in hosting database capabilities on the internet as directed by the government.

The contractors database management responsibility includes support for all on-demand and recurring reports, financial tracking, estimating costs associated with proposed tasks, tracking actual costs and comparing them with estimates, determining variances, projecting final costs based on estimates and actual data, and provide fiscal reports by funding document, equipment type, unit serviced, or other COR-defined directed categories.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable XXXX.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Maintenance Support State Street shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct system functions that do not work according to the System Product Description as set forth on Attachment A in priority order in the next scheduled delivery release or otherwise as soon as is practicable.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Any support for the Software Services is provided to you by Customer or a third party on Customer’s behalf and is not provided by Microsoft, its suppliers, affiliates or subsidiaries.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.11, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”).
