Information Technology Support and Maintenance. The scope of IT support and maintenance includes full lifecycle maintenance of Government-furnished servers, computers, laptops, back-up equipment, SQL databases, and websites. The contractor is responsible for the support of an unclassified Local Area Network (LAN) with controlled access protection. The contractor shall coordinate with the Government to obtain approval for integration of automation sites, when requested by NGB, into the Governments network infrastructure.
