The Information Integrity and Security Statement clause establishes the parties' obligations to protect the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of information exchanged under the agreement. Information Integrity and Security Statement. The Contractor shall sign and return an Information Integrity and Security Statement (CDA 1024) form with this Agreement.
